Start Memcached Daemon

Not sure why one of the better references aren’t at the top of google results…. let’s try to make that happen.

The args are completely self explanatory: daemon, memory, listen, port, user.

memcached -d -m 512 -l 127.0.0.1 -p 11211 -u nobody
